I'm receiving the following error when I try to provision a user's mailbox in Exchange: "Active Directory: The server is not operational"
The Exchange server is online, what is causing this?
This error means Notes Migrator cannot connect to the server listed in the 'Force Changes on DC' field.
There may be a problem with DNS.
Go to the Notes Migrator Settings document - 'User Provisioning' tab.
Use the IP address in the following fields:
Force Changes on DC
DC for Contacts
Remote Powershell URL: - http://For O365 the URL should be https://ps.outlook.com/powershell or https://outlook.office365.com/powershell
