Active Administrator - User Account was not found
When attempting to open the Active Administrator Console the error “User Account was not found. The network path was not found” is displayed, as shown below:
Either the user account is not in the Active Administrator Trustees and Permissions, or if the account is in this location via a group, such as Domain Admins. In some environments when the account is in many groups and nested groups Active Administrator may be unable to read it.
From within the Active Administrator Server Management console, Select Tools menu and go to the “Trustees and Permissions” settings. Grant the credential full access to Active Administrator.
If the error prevents you from opening the Active Administrator Server Management console, then you will need to go through the Active Administrator Server Configuration Wizard again to add the account to “Trustees and Permissions”.
