When delegating multiple Active Template permissions a red triangle with an exclamation point is displayed on the delegated OU
The Active Template permissions being delegated result in redundant permission sets being applied. In the example below two templates are applied, one for modify all user info and one for reset user password.
A conflict now exists since the Read and Write permissions from the Reset Password template would result in redundant permissions being applied. The redundant, (conflicting) permissions are shown below in red.
Combine the permissions needed from both templates by modifying the active template containing most of the permission sets already added and then just adding whatever is missing. In the example below, the Modify template was edited and the additional "Reset Password' permission was added, creating a brand new template (Note: Use "Save As New Template" to prevent overwriting canned templates).
