The Active Administrator console begins to open when invoked from the Start menu or from a shortcut, but closes immediately. No error is shown on the screen.

The correct version of the .NET framework or Service Pack for.NET has not been installed.

Minimum requirements for the .NET framework within Active Administrator are as follows:
Active Administrator 5.0 ---> .NET 2.0
Active Administrator 5.0.1 ---> .NET 3.0
