“Unknown Status” will appear in the Status column on the Collection Agent’s tab when the Agent computer could not be contacted. Also, the Version, Startup Account and Database columns will be empty as well. When the Active Administrator Server Management application is started or the refresh button is clicked, the Domain Controller, Last Event and Agent Computers columns are populated from the database. The Status, Version, Startup Account and Database columns are dynamically retrieved on a background thread. When the Agent Computer cannot be contacted, “Unknown Status” is set in the Status column.
