Duplicate Failure / Success when a "Computer added" event occurs after a user who is not a Domain Administrator joins a computer to the domain.
If a user who is not a member of Domain Administrators (default "Authenticated Users" can join 10 computers to a domain) logs onto a computer as a local account and joins it to the domain using their domain credentials, there will be a duplicate failure and success event for the ChangeAuditor "Computer added" event.

This will be evaluated by our Product team for inclusion in a future release of ChangeAuditor for Active Directory.

Ignore the duplicated failed event (or simply disabled failed events for "Computer added" in the ChangeAuditor Client "Administration Tasks" tab).
