Users will be unable to remove the "Result" column from a search under the "Advanced" tab in a given ChangeAuditor search.
From the "Action | Show Advanced Tab" option on the File Menu, then highlight a given search in ChangeAuditor right-click and choose "Show Properties".
From the "Advanced" tab of this search, under "Selected Columns", any attempt to remove the "Result" column will revert the search back to having the "Result" column anyway.

This issue has been has been verified as a defect and raised as TF00231198. This will be evaluated by our Product team for inclusion in a future release of ChangeAuditor.

There is no known workaround at this time other than to manually minimize the "Result" column in the search results after the search has been run, but this will still leave the letter 'R' as well as the Result icon visible.
This issue is still outstanding as of ChangeAuditor version 5.7 (up until and including current hot-fix version 5.7.97).
