The ChangeAuditor Coordinator may fail to load and / or crash when the ChangeAuditor Client connects to the Coordinator with the following error in the Coordinator log file:
"A user callback threw an exception. Check the exception stack and inner exception to determine the callback that failed. The ChannelDispatcher at 'net.tcp://SERVER_NAME:PORT/Service' with contract(s) "IProtectionService" is unable to open its IChannelListener"
This is normally caused by the Client / Agent / SDK ports being the same.
If any of the Client, Agent or SDK ports are the same, this may case the problem. Each of the Client, Agent and SDK ports for ChangeAuditor should be unique.
Update Client, Agent or SDK ports to be unique and then restart the ChangeAuditor Coordinator service.
One way to update the ports is to launch the "ChangeAuditor Database Configurator" by right-clicking on the "ChangeAuditor Coordinator" tray icon, then click on the "Ports" tab.
