Resolution
RESOLUTION 1
Investigate the folder permissions on the folder which is giving this error and verfiy the folder could be open manually.
RESOLUTION 2
Specify the location in the GUI or in the UsersToMigrate.csv, under the optional 'Archives' column.
- You may need to add 'Archives' column to the csv file.
