vRanger shows "Could not connect to service" message after re-installing vRanger 5.2.x and vRanger event log (Event Log > Applications and Services > vRanger Service) shows "Trial Period has expired" message.
The default trial license (originally installed when vRanger was installed for a first time) has expired - installing the same trial license fails.
Upgrade to vRanger 5.3 or later.
