Customer has have a db2 agent that the user account got locked for the agent. When trying to unlock it from the Database Technical Support, it returns an error with no description.
Caused by: com.quest.qsi.fason.framework.connections.common.exceptions.FrameworkUserLockedException: For security reasons, the user account "foglight" is locked by the agent due to invalid login credentials. Please use the support module to unlock it.
Found the following message in the FMS log

RMI port 3725 was not open bidirectionally between the FMS (Foglight Management Server) and FglAM (Foglight Agent Manager). Once the port was opened bidirectionally, the unlock mechanism became functional.
