Oracle agents are active and collecting data.
In the Alarms dashboard there is a fatal Credential Alarm with the following message:
"Cannot establish connection to : AccessIsDenied (0x5) while connecting as "
"Please ensure that the Remote Registry and Server services are running and the connecting user has permission to modify these registry keys: {72C24DD5-D70A-438B-8A42-98424BB8AFB8}, {0D43FE01-F093-11CF-8940-00A0C9054228). "
"there may be multiple instances of each key, especially for 64-bit versions of Windows Server 2008 R2 and Windows 7. Each instance will need to be updated"
1. Check that the Remote Registry and Server services are running on the host where the Oracle instances have been deployed.
2. Check that the user connecting to the monitored host has permissions to modify the two registry keys in the alarm message as detailed in KB 102431
