The below error may occur when opening the Recovery Manager for Active Directory console:
"MMC cannot open the file C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Recovery Manager for Active Directory\RM-AD.msc. This may be because the file does not exist, is not an MMC console, or was created by a later version of MMC. This may also be because you do not have sufficient access to the file."
1. Login to the RMAD server using the account that is having the issue
2. Go to Start -> Run and enter the below:
regsvr32 C:\Windows\system32\msxml3.dll
3. Try to open the Recovery Manager console
