The Foglight Experience Monitor (FxM) will not boot after a disk was replaced. Error messages like the following are reported to the console:
sda : very big device. try to use READ CAPACITY(16).
SCSI device sda: 7811891200 512-byte hdwr sectors (3999688 MB)
sda: Write Protect is off
SCSI: device sda: drive cache: write back
sda: sda1 sda2 sda3 sda4 sda5 sda6
sd 2:2:0:0 Attached scsi disk sda
sd 2:2:0:0 Attached scsi generic sg2 type 0
Possibly the SCSI ID was changed somehow, when the new disk was installed.
Reset the RAID array and then re-image the FxM from the ISO. Resetting the RAID array may not be needed, but if you reset it, you will know that the array is configured properly using all the disks.
If you need assistance with resetting the RAID array, please log a case with Quest Technical Support.
