Unable to open included software (92601)

I have been able to successfully install JClass ServerView 6.1.0 on the machine. However, I have been unable to open up any of the packaged software, either from the Start menu, or the \bin folder. When any of the icons are double clicked to open, no programs open and there is no resulting action.

The port listed is 8686 in the server.xml file. There are no other Tomcat installations besides the accompanying Tomcat that comes with Serverview, and this the Tomcat I have been running from D:\JClassServerView61\jakarta-tomcat\bin since I installed it.

The plot chart shows the data and displays as it should when viewing from IE. There are no other ServerView installations on this system, as they have all been uninstalled as well as their accompanying CLASSPATH's and PATH's in the system variables prior to installing 6.1.
