I am having problems downloading my product from SupportLink. I can add a product to the Add to Download, however, it seems SupportLink does one or any of the following:
2. Loses my select files to download
3. Prompts me for SupportLink login credentials
4. Stays in a loop prompting me to select additional download choices
5. Cannot find the files I just selected
You need to be signed in and under a current maintenance contract to view premium knowledge articles.
