When a Notes user sends an activemail, Outlook user receives the message but no activemail.nsf attached to the email so the Outlook user may see the content of it.
Notes and Outlook client on CMN server are open.
1- Go to CMN MailConnector server
2- Close Outlook client
3- Close Notes client
4- Restart CMN MailConnector Service
Outlook and Notes clients need to be closed in order to ActiveMail Processor encapsulates the message properly.
