What is the purpose of checkbox "Enable NAT Support for Firewall Traversal" on vWorkspace Connectors and in Web-IT site configuration
The "Enable NAT Support for Firewall Traversal" checkbox is made for very specific purpose: to enforce alternative address of the target server during connection. This alternative address only exists for Terminal Servers and doesn't exist on VDIs. Usual scenario for this option is unsecured access from WAN to the Terminal Server, where TS reports an external IP (as alternative address) and there's a NAT rule, forwarding RDP port 3389 from external IP to TS's internal IP.
Enabling this option while trying to access VDI machines will cause connection errors.
