How can I get FTR script to take input values from an external source? (84432)

Sometimes you want FTR (Foglight Transaction Recorded) scripts to use values from some external source for values like URLs, drop down pick lists, etc. This is sometimes call parameterization.
FTR allows you to source external data from text files, external scripts and Custom Value Source Sets.
