How to launch Internet Explorer 8 in full-screen mode when published as a vWorkspace application

In previous versions of Internet Explorer it was possible to use the start /max option to launch in full-screen, this does not work when using Internet Explorer 8

1. create a shortcut to the Internet Explorer executable, save it to c:\windows\internet.lnk
2. modify the shortcut Properties, setting the Run value to maximized
3. In the vWorkspace management console publish a VBS script
