A support person is trying to perform a task in vWorkspace management console, such as adding a new VDI.
This automatically triggers a new task "Initialize" which is stuck in pending state.
Unknown issue with the broker service. Rarely occured.
- Verify that Quest Connection Broker service is up and running on all broker machines
- Try to restart CB service on all CB machines, then reopen vWorkspace Management console
- Verify all VDI machines states, Tasks column, that there are tasks in "In Progress" state
Some task may stuck and prevent the whole queue from progressing. It may be also required that all tasks should me removed from the Tasks list to clear the congestion.
