When trying to login via Web-IT into the vWorkspace farm, an error message is displayed as - "Your Session with the Web Access server has expired. Please log on again to resume".
Multiple Causes:
i) Primarily Disk space issues on the web-it server (or) IIS web-server.
ii) Invalid character in the Web Address of the Web-IT server.
iii) Earlier / Previous versions caused this issue as well which has now been fixed
- If absolutely no configurations changes were made either on the web-it server / web-server, which was working fine until last, then the first and most probably cause is the "Disk Space" on the Root of the Basic partition where the web-it / IIS web-services are hosted.
- Ensure that you have the minimum free disk space as required.
- If the error continues even after the disk space is resolved and after the reset of the web services, then please go through the below KB articles which should fix the issue.
