Description: How to resolve a Netvault Installation failure
Symptoms: When installing into the default destination path, Netvault Backup installation fails with a popup error saying:
The script 'postinstall.sh' which is run as part of the installation, exited with error code 1.
The output from the script may be found in the file 'full_path'. Please examine the contents of this file in a text editor.
(Where 'full_path' is the full path to the postinstall.sh script output.)

1.Check the C:\ (or whichever drive is targetted) for a file called "program". If this exists, remove or rename it. Alternatively, select an installation path for Netvault Backup outside of the "Program Files" directory.
2. Check the C:\Program Files\ directory (or equivalent) and ensure that there is not a file called "bakbone" here - if there is delete or rename it.
Explanation:
The post install scripts run in a shell which cannot differentiate between the "Program Files" directory and file named "program" (or the "Bakbone Software" directory and a file named "bakbone") and tries to install dlls into the incorrect directory path.
A file called "program" in the same directory as the "Program Files" directory will also prevent the Netvault Services from starting successfully, so if this file is recreated after the installation succeeds it will still cause issues with Netvault.
