Failed to start backup: NDMP_ILLEGAL_ARGS_ERR
This is usually due to a problem with the path given when setting up the backup. The format will be /SERVERNAME/FILESYSTEM. If you use the AxiomOne web GUI and go to Storage-NAS-Filesystem, you can see both the name of the filesystem and the name of the server it is on. If the path has the right names, verify that the case is correct. This path is case sensitive.
