When trying to access a stripped attachment in Archive Manager through Outlook Web access you may get an error stating that the html page can not locate the location of the file. It will show you that it is looking for a location to the temp folder, which is not the correct location of the attachmnet which explains why it is erroring out.
If the "Do not save encrypted pages to disk" option is selected in the Security section of the Advanced tab of the Internet Options for the Internet Explorer browser, then the stripped attachment will not be able to open as it redirects to your temp directory and not the actual location of the attachment where it resides in the attachment store for Archive Manager
To resolve this issue please navigate to the following in your Internet explorer Menu bar:
1. Select Tools | Options
2. Select the Advanced tab
3. Navigate to the Security section
4. Unselect the "Do not save encrypted pages to disk" option
5. Close all Internet explorer browser windows and restart the browser.
Once you have restarted the browser then the stripped attachments should be opened correctly when accessed through Outlook Web Access (OWA)
