Archive Manager website gets stuck on the Archive Manager splash screen. -
Description
When trying to open the Archive Manager website, the flash screen is displayed and the site never loads.

Cause
The URL for the Archive Manager website is not in the Intranet Zone in Internet Explorer

Resolution
1. In IE Click Tools | Internet Options
2. Click the "Security" tab.
3. Click "Local Intranet" and then the "Sites" button.
4. Click Advanced
5. Enter the URL for the Archive Manager website and click "Add".
6. Click Close | OK | OK
