vRanger FLR service does not start or stuck in starting mode.
There may be instances where an old registry entry created from an earlier vRanger DPP version is not amended.Once removed the FLR service can start normally.
The workaround is to delete the registry key
(HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\EvmcVddInvs) then reboot.
The FLR service should start fine after this.
