Baseline archive set not going to complete status and is stuck in “In Process” status. What are the reasons for this?
1. Go to Tools | Stat Central Agent Status and the agent should say responding. If not, try to restart the stat central agent. If you can't get the agent up running, please create an SR with support@quest.com. Furthermore if you are using Oracle Ebiz then make sure all stat oracle agents are up and running.
2. Verify that Prod environment (baseline) have obtained all the proper lock. Otherwise the baseline will stay in progress.
3. Occasionally getting errors in the agent can cause the baseline not to be completed even when the agent is up and all lock has been obtained. In that case, please create an SR with support@quest.com to have the engineer analyze it further.
