Description
Public Folder items are synchronized but are subsequently deleted. No deletions of these items were carried out manually in either source or target.

Cause
Someone or some process is deleting the affected folders.
Public folder synchronization will synchronize deletions from source to target, but if items are deleted from target where they have not been deleted from source then this is not as a result of the Quest migration agents.
It is possible for example that the ItemRetentionPeriod value within Exchange for the affected folders is set to a value which results in standard Exchange maintenance tasks deleting items of a certain age (refer Microsoft article http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa997225.aspx). -
Resolution
Check Exchange configuration and third-party processes.
