Following issues may surface after upgrading to Performance Analysis 7.0 client GUI:
1. Close the Performance Analysis GUI client application.
2. Delete or rename the following folders:
For Windows XP / 2000 / 2003
PAO: C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Application Data\Quest Software\Performance Analysis 6.0
PASS: C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Application Data\Quest Software\Performance Analysis MSSQL 6.0
Both: C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Application Data\Quest Software\Performance Analysis Common
For Windows Vista / Windows 7 / 2008:
PAO: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Quest Software\Performance Analysis 6.0
PASS: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Quest Software\Performance Analysis MSSQL 6.0
Both: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Quest Software\Performance Analysis Common
3. Start the Performance Analysis client
