After assigning Print-IT or Network Printers through vWorkspace Management Console, the users are not able to see them after login.
This issue may be caused by incorrect Print-IT configuration on the server side (Terminal Server or VDI) or client side, if printer options management is delegated to clients.
- Open the Print-IT Control Panel Applet and select the "General" tab.
- Ensure the "Auto-create network printers" option is checked.
- You will need to log off and log back in any affected user(s).
