When starting a remote session to a VDI or Terminal Server the client keyboard locale setting will be applied to the remote session. For example if the client keyboard locale is set to French then this will be inherited by the remote session.
In some situations you may want to override this inheritance so that the remote session uses a different keyboard locale, such as English UK
The keyboard locale inheritance is enabled by default for all remote desktop (RDP) sessions
To block the keyboard locale inheritance requires a registry change on the computer hosting the remote session, once enabled this will apply for all users.
