Using a single quote (') as part of Encryption Password -
Description
Litespeed console will not accept a password to encrypt a backup file if it contains a single quote (').
Executing a backup command syntax within Management Studio or Query Analyzer using a single quote as part of the Encryption password may not work.

Resolution
WORKAROUND:
DO NOT use single quotes (') in encrypting Litespeed backups at console level.
If using a command syntax, an even number of quotes connected or touching each other should be specified. e.g @encryptionkey = N'''8''90' will work fine while @encryptionkey = N''8'90' will definitely fail.
Fixed in Version 6.1 of LiteSpeed.
