Description
When trying to print an ERD, in the print dialogue, Quest PDF is chosen. But this gives the error message: Activation Error. Printer not activated, error code -20

Cause
Quest PDF Generator is not intended as a full printer driver to be used by other apps like Toad. It was intended to be used within Performance Analysis and internal APIs. It may have been installed with Quest Central and Performance Analysis.

Resolution
Do not use this option to print the ERD.
