After minimizing and then maximizing avWorkspace application or desktop connectiona large percentage of the screen does not redraw and so remains black.
The redraw issue has been identified as a problem whenthe client computer launching the vWorkspace connection has the Microsoft RDP client version 6.1 installed.
The Microsoft RDP clientcontainsthe files MSTSC.EXE and MSTSCAX.DLL, both located in C:WindowsSystem32. View the file properties to identify the version of the file.
WORKAROUND:
Disabling Graphics Acceleration will allow you to minimize and maximize without being affected by the redraw issue.
Downgrading to the Microsoft RDP client version 6.0 will also resolve this issue.
