Spotlight is not showing Deadlocks
One if the reasons might be if the service broker is disabled by an administrator on target database (which is QuestWorkDatabase).
If that is the case please enable Service Broker by running the SQL below:
ALTER DATABASE QuestWorkDatabase SET ENABLE_BROKER WITH ROLLBACK IMMEDIATE
ServiceBroker must also be enabled on the MSDB database.
To determine if Service Broker is active for these databases, check theis_broker_enabledcolumn of thesys.databasescatalog view by running
select * from sys.databases or select is_broker_enabled from sys.databases where name = MSDB/QuestWorkDatabase
