Is there a parameter that can be used to limit the servers that export runs through in order to cut down the time it takes for the export to run?
Migrator for Notes to Exchange is designed to scan the entire domino network to ensure the accuracy of the addresstranslation.tsv file, which is used to translate the email addresses within the email as it is migrated from Domino to Exchange.
Add this setting in File | Edit Global Default Settings:
[Notes] Dir Exp
Type: boolean. Optional. Default: 0
... will disable Notes catalog searches when the Wizard is extracting data from
the NAB. This parameter can be useful to avoid timeouts, "server not available"
errors, and "access denied" errors while trying to open the catalogs on all the
servers that host users' mail files. Offline=1 is therefore appropriate when running
a Directory Export in an environment that does not have access to the other servers etc...
Using this setting can cause for an incomplete addresstranslation.tsv file, which is critical to ensure address conversion in emails from Domino to Exchange. It is recommend to run at least one full export before using this setting.
