Is it recommended that Quest Exchange sync agents are set to "Synchronize continuously" status?
It is not advisable to set the agents to synchronize continuously - sometimes this can cause issues related to strain being placed upon the Exchange servers, such as memory leaks or high resource/CPU usage.
It is better to set a sleep duration between sessions for a few minutes. This setting is found in the relevant server properties, under the corresponding agent name, e.g. Mail Source Agent, then the Schedule settings.
If agents are set to synchronize continuously then there is an additional problem that the logs fill up continuously, even when the agents have no work to do, which makes troubleshooting more difficult.
