Authentication, Security Settings, Configuration
1. Check Account name and password. Make sure they have been corrected entered
2. Depending on the type of SMTP server, Authentication might nor be needed. In that case, uncheck "My server requires authentication"
3. Anti-virus software on diagnostic server maybe configured in such a way that bulk mailing is disabled and as such Spotlight is being considered as a
bulk mail sender.
