Foglight Transaction Recorder(FTR) script that call CitraTest fail with the message:
"The source directory 'C:Program FilesQuest SoftwareFoglight Transaction RecorderMy Foglight Servers' does not contain a valid Tevron image."
Both CitraTest by Tevron and FTR are sensitive to changes the screen resolution and color depth where the scripts are played and recorded.
When a script is played the setting for display resolution and color depth must be the same as they were when the script was recorded.
On the machine in question go to:
1. Windows Start button
2. Settings
3. Control Panel
4. Display
5. Select the setting tab
6. Set screen resolution back to the value used when the script was created.
7. Set the color quality back to the value used when the script was created.
If the values for screen resolution and color quality have been lost the scripts will need to be recreated.
