We are receiving an error that indicates that our JClass license has expired. This is supposed to be a permanent license. What is wrong?

Cause
Using a term license.

Resolution
The license is a term license which includes an expiration date. Please speak with your Quest Account Representative to purchase a permanent license or request an extension. If you are not sure who your sales representative, please email sales@quest.com.
