Set Forwarding fails with this error message:
ERROR: [7458-6-30-00000000] Unable to update GroupWise forwarding for user test_user
Execute(Proxy(testuser3;272)) returns cmdStatus=0x00000000:
Error executing GroupWise command:
 Token failed execution!
Regenerating the trusted application key does not make any difference.
UserID@Internet domain name address format is not enabled for Internet Addressing in the GroupWise environment.
Please ensure that for GroupWise Internet Addressing, Allowed Address Formats has UserID@Internet domain name option selected.Then, try setting up forwarding again.
This option can be enabled globally for all the users through the following steps:
1) Open ConsoleOne.
2) Select the GroupWise domain.
3) Click Tools.
4) Select GroupWise System Operations | Internet Addressing.
5) Under Allowed Address Formats make sure to check the box for UserID@Internet domain name. Other formats too can be allowed.
6) Click OK.
Run the Administrator Driven Batch Migration tool to attempt setting up the GroupWise to Exchange forwarding again.
If the above steps still fail to set up the GroupWise to Exchange forwarding, only then try using the Password login/access method instead of the Trusted API access method to set up the forwarding. The steps are:
