Cannot launch Toad. Receiving "Error reading TtdSQLRecall.HistorySQL: Stream read error" message -
Description
When launching Toad from the shortcut or toad.exe I get the "Error reading TtdSQLRecall.HistorySQL: Stream read error" message immediately. No other Toad windows appear. After clicking Ok Toad closes out completely.
