I am working with KXpert but I can't find the error message info. Previously there was a list of Ora/PLSQL/TNS errors that I could search through and further info about my error. But there I can't find this info after upgrading.
It looks like the interface of KXpert has changed.
Interface has changed and now a search is needed to look up error messages.
There have been major changes to the layout of Knowledge Xpert version 10.0. It is a new integrated home that will allow you to access various KXpert version you may have installed.
There is a search field at the top of the window. Enter in the search term. This should bring up a list of possible related topics.
Example: "ORA-12154" or "could not resolve connect identifier"
Please note that there are similar search features in all version of Knowledge Xpert.
STATUS:
Enhancement request ST59074 has been submitted to Development for consideration in a future release of Knowledge Xpert.
