Description
Selecting the InTrust plug-in for Exchange Manager Extension via the InTrust Console results in an error similiar to the following:
Error: -2147467259. The InTrust Plug-in for Exchange Knowledge Pack is corrupted or not installed on this computer. Before you can work with InTrust Plug-in for Exchange, install the Knowledge Pack. -
Cause
The InTrust Plug-in for Exchange Knowledge Pack is corrupted or not installed on the InTrust server. This may happen after an upgrade or if you have not installed this KP on all InTrust servers in the org.

Resolution
Install the InTrust Plug-in for Exchange Knowledge Pack (if missing) or reinstall with the modify option (if this is an option).
