Executing a reporting job that uses the Quest (InTrust) Knowledge Portal and SQL Reporting Services framework from within InTrust console fails to process and returns an error similar to:
"Report 'All Logons' failed to process: Login failed. (rsLogonFailed) Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007052E)"
The SRS execution account specified via Reporting Services Configuration is invalid.
Go to Reporting Services Configuration (in Start Menu, Programs, SQL Server, Config Tools). Choose the execution account tab. Uncheck "Specify an execution account" or update accordingly.
