When a Foglight setup is installed in FIPS mode and upgrade is done to version 8.x, the agent manager servers are not able to connect to the FMS.
The FglAM log shows the error:

Product Defect.
WORKAROUND :
The FMS server can be upgraded to version 8.x however, the agent manager server(s) need to remain at the existing version of 7.x.
STATUS :
This issue is logged as defect FOG-14811 and would be fixed in a future release of Foglight.
