Follow the steps below to convert an existing ER360 deployment to Quest Licensing.

• Install the latest ER360/Mart build.

• Ensure you have access to the Quest License Portal.

1. Log in to the Quest License Portal, navigate to your Account Profile, and select My Access Keys.

    

   

   

2. Navigate to Access Keys.

    

   

3. Generate the following credentials:

    

   

   • Access Key Identifier

   • Access Client Secret Key

4. Copy the generated credentials for use in the ER360 portal.
   
   

1. Launch the ER360 Portal.

2. Navigate to Settings.

3. Scroll to the License section at the bottom of the page.

    

   

4. Click Update License.

5. Provide the following information:

   • Access Key Identifier

   • Access Client Secret Key

   • License Code (from the Quest License Portal)

      

     

6. Click Save/Update.

1. Launch the ER360 Portal.

2. Provide the following information:

   • Access Key Identifier

   • Access Client Secret Key

   • License Code (from the Quest License Portal)

   •  

     

      

3. Click Save/Update.

4. Now you can add the admin user for ER360 and Initialize.

Once the license information is validated successfully, ER360 will be activated using Quest Licensing.

Note: Keep the Access Key Identifier and Access Client Secret Key secure, as they are used to authenticate ER360 with Quest Licensing.
