A customer would like to know whether Quest Change Auditor can integrate with Microsoft Entra ID operated by 21Vianet (Mooncake/China sovereign cloud), and whether any specific configuration or a newer version of Change Auditor is required to support this environment.
Microsoft Entra ID operated by 21Vianet (Mooncake) is a sovereign cloud environment. Based on confirmation from the Product team, Quest Change Auditor does not currently support 21Vianet Entra ID tenants.
This limitation is not related to the version of Quest Change Auditor.
Integration between Quest Change Auditor and Microsoft Entra ID operated by 21Vianet (Mooncake/China sovereign cloud) is not supported at this time.
There is no supported configuration or newer Change Auditor version available that enables integration with 21Vianet Entra ID tenants.
If a customer is using a Microsoft 21Vianet (Mooncake) tenant, advise them that this environment is currently unsupported by Quest Change Auditor.
