RMAD DRE Server and the Secure Storage Agent upgrade was done to 10.4.0.4830. Whenever the Secure Storage Agent status is requested now from the RMAD Console, a Powershell related error displays (listed below).

Check the Windows Application Event viewer log on the Secure Storage Server for any events related PowerShell command execution being blocked. If yes, make an exception to the paths as mentioned in the Windows Application Event viewer log.
If no events are recorded related to a block, request to create a case with the Quest Support to investigate further.
